FINALLY HOME!

We finally made it home. After an unexpected extra couple of weeks in Pennsylvania (including 11 days in the hospital in Delaware), Sydney is well. Who knows how she got it, but Sydney developed pneumonia while on vacation.

Sydney is being watched right now to see if she is going to need to have a sleep study done. She will have to have this done if she continues to need oxygen.

The cardiologist said she didn't believe that her extended oxygen need was from her heart condition. That was good news. We have to visit the cardiologist on August 16, but we already know that her ASD hasn't closed.

We visited the Richardson Center today to see Sydney's new classroom and try to decide whether or not we are going to send Paige there. I think we have decided to leave Paige where she is. It is a hard decision, but all of her friends are at her current daycare. She did seem to enjoy the fact that Sydney's school has a whole lot more playground equipment. Maybe we will change our minds.

Paige is in bed watching "Dora" in her "Angelina Ballerina" pj's. Syd is on my lap fast asleep. Not good, because she hasn't had her medicine yet!
