Holy cow, healthy food is expensive!

I went shopping for my new diet. All healthy food, with little fat. I spent $200, because we didn't have any of it in the house! I can understand what they say now about people not eating healthy because it is cheaper. It's a lot cheaper. Of course, we had 2 carts 1/2 full taken out to the car so it was quite a bit of food. The clerk at the checkout didn't want to smash anything. I had it all in one cart... does it look like I'm worried about smashing something? :) Wish me luck on this diet!!!!
