As I had Sydney on the changing table getting her pj's on, I was telling Paige to go to sleep. She kept chiming in on what I was talking to Sydney about. Anyway, Sydney kept moving her hands. It took me a minute to realize she was signing "sleep" as every time I told Paige to go to sleep. I have worked with her on it, but didn't know she was picking it up enough to use it on her own! I'm so proud of her!
Now she signs the following:
sleep
eat
car
play
more
mommy
all done
That's not too shabby, seeing she has started using all of them on a regular basis.
